SER Ltd have grown into becoming a Dilapidations Specialist Contractor carrying out Dilapidation/Refurbishment works for both landlords and tenants reinstating the commercial premises back to the Pre-Let condition and also where required carry out betterment works as requested by the landlord.

We have a specialist team of in-house, labour and Specialist Sub-contractors allowing us to carry out roofing and cladding works, ground works, internal refurbishment works and warehouse floor painting.  We can assist to either party by giving budget costs in order to assist in the Dilapidation settlement negotiations between the landlord and tenant on the basis of progressing the works to a conclusion, to the clients satisfaction.
