The works incorporate a new, thermal single-membrane roof and full refurbishment works bringing the units to a marketable standard and pre-let condition.
SER have secured a £1.5 million shell-and-core contract in Wimbledon, South London.
The contract encompasses partial demolition of the existing building, construction of a basement leisure facility and extension of the existing building.

South East Refurbishments Ltd has recently completed the internal refurbishment and external works to Unit 14 Botany Trading Estate. The company were appointed to carry out internal re-decoration with suspended ceiling works, new carpeting and re-decoration throughout.
Part of the main roof structure had repair works carried out a new roof supplied and fitted and a new roof structure was supplied and fitted to the warehouse area of the building.
The external landscaping works and re-tarmacking of the car park incorporating line marking were also completed to our client’s great satisfaction.
