We offer a full Re-active Maintenance Service managed through our help desk facility. This enables clients to log re-active maintenance requirements.

These requirements are prioritized through health and safety, security and water ingress issues. All of which become top priority. All calls are assessed and prioritized either in-house or by our client in order for us to re-act utilising Multi Trade Direct Labour that we employ on a direct basis and Specialist Sub-contractors.

Re-active maintenance is carried out to resolve the issue and limit any further damage. Assessments are then made of the call out and a formal quotation is then submitted for any remedial works required. Through the development of the relationship of the client, this can lead to a planned Maintenance Schedule in order to achieve cost value savings by Preventative Maintenance.
The company operates throughout the South East of England and offers a 24 hour service.

We ensure that bespoke procedures are developed in order to service our clients’ requirements. Key performance indicators and service reports are all available should our clients require these.
