SER have successfully secured a Refit and Refurbishment of a 15,000 sq ft Retail Unit in Chatham Town Centre, to commence on Monday 26th June 2017
£1 million pound development to 12no. Flats are now completed.
£1.7 million pound Shell and Core contract on programme, with the roof being put onto the building after the design and build development of the basement and 2 storey rear elevation extension.
SER Ltd secure second phase of £1.5 million refurbishment and reconfiguration of 3 no. Industrial Units at the above on behalf of Bearings Bank.
Cornerstone Asset Management have awarded SER a £738,000.00 refurbishment contract at Yarnton Oxford Industrial Park.
Construction of a mezzanine floor and office space within a 36,400 square foot Unit.
Completion due In November 2016.
We are pleased to handover the above unit 3 weeks ahead of the contractual programme. This has resulted in a further negotiation with the client to refurbish another three units.
SER have secured a £1.5 million shell-and-core contract in Wimbledon, South London.
The contract encompasses partial demolition of the existing building, construction of a basement leisure facility and extension of the existing building.
Contract completion date February 2017.
